Our housekeeping offers daily room cleaning. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the "Do not disturb/Bitte nicht stören" sign and hang it on the outside of your door.

If you wish to have your room cleaned later, please remove the sign again. Our team will check this again by 14:00hrs/2pm.

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee cleaning service after 14:00hrs/2PM.

If you would like to cancel the room cleaning, please let us know. As a small bonus, you will receive a drink voucher at reception!
